International modern cuisine, with Mexican, Asian, Italian, Brazilian influences and a mixture of the best cuisines around the world, under the interpretation of Chef Hans Portela, recently arrived in Portugal, coming from Miami, where he opened and commanded the stoves of an authentic Mexican Taqueria of great success in recent years.

Now on a new journey, he launches a different concept of gathering and gastronomy with a more personal and intimate touch with an contemporary international fusion gastronomy.
